Does anybody have any idea what could have caused this?

Yep. Knowing VX they are probably still using the same powersounders which has been setting fire to Omegas for the last 15 years. ::) :)

some woman tapped on the window, was he sending a text while setting his sat nav for somewhere he has been a million times while picking a song from his "i have a big plod" plug in??
