Time to take my miggy off the road for major works
« on: 04 March 2011, 19:36:30 »

At the end of the month, my miggy is coming off the road for yet another cambelt, cam covers, yet ANOTHER set of wishbones and tie rods (lasted 42k hard miles) and a bit of bodywork lovin'.
Not to mention a LPG kit..............................(WILL be seeing you Rich, just been away working hard, sorry......)
Got me a Renault Grande Espace 2.2DTi for a work hack on a W plate, and will dispose of it when Miggy is well again.

Just got to get used to THREE pedals again though........and must also remember to fill up with a BLACK pump not a GREEN one too!!

Hope all goes well. The Beastie is sulking at the moment with a water leak that refuses to leak if i stand & watch for it but she empties her guts if i turn my back.

   I love her though! ::)

James..............I surely have!
London, Newcastle, liverpool, Edinburgh, all several times!!

Byron................I haven't forgotten, just have been NON-LOCAL for a bit!!  PROMISE i'll get over to see you this month, and SOON.

Miss Miggy is going in a local friends garage for a few months, and will re -emerge different, and with a new lease of life (hopefully), and with different alloys and rear tinted windows for security of my tools, etc.

BUT..................if I happen upon a W reg facelift estate in BLACK, might put the LPG kit on that one instead, and sell my old PFL off to fund it........watch this space.
