Found an iPhone but it won't work

As the title says.
I was at work cleaning a ferry lounge when I found an iPhone.
Thought I'd give it to the sprog for his birfday tomorrow when I get back to Liverpool, but it's stopped working.
Anyone know how to fix it??

Hi i dont think you can their get locked by supplier if owner has reported it lost or stolen.

when its reported stolen/lost its EMEI will be blocked rendering it useless. There are means to get around that, but cannot be discussed here  :)

Sorry jim, I hope it's nothing more than the arse ache of a lost phone, as it's often the aggro of replacing numbers or photos that's worse than the loss itself.

If my Michael taking raised a grin on your face for even a brief mo, I'll consider it a success.
