7 month headache gone. 3 injections in neck and shoulders has eliminated all back pain.  and! i can resume my job as a shopfitter now. back in 3 months for acupuncture.  being a southern softie i nearly passed out from the jabs. they were horrendously painful 

back on the golf course tomorrow for me.

Acupuncture did the trick for my back pain and gave pain relief for several months  still it should have done with fourteen needles stuck in my back I looked like a rather porcupine . On the up side the needles are that fine you can hardly feel them

wss very stiff and sore in the night but feel great today, until i just got home.left a frigging bag on the bus again.
