What sort of equipment do you need to make a film of say a 2 hour walk that you could post on a website or Utube? Quality v Price. i.e. good quality without spending a fortune. Can I add sound afterwards instead of recording my labouring breathing?

I haven't any knowledge of the subject but I once made a video of our family on a borrowed VHS camcorder about 15 years ago! Quite harrowing viewing.

they do some smashing little helmet cams for pushbikes and pedrestrians now mate, we use them on the quads and the quality is excellent, well worth a look should be exactly what your after i would guess, around a hundred euro here but cheaper in uk!! ebay has some very good deals on them!!

Both items work rather well, I like my later purchase as you can easily preview whats been recorded on the go
