Check the basics....tyres, bulbs, brake fluid levels, rear springs, handbrake, brakes etc etc.....and if your feeling upto it, jack each corner up in turn and feel for play in each wheel at 3-9 Oclock and then 6-12 Oclock.....if this little lot is ok then your about there.....

Perhaps I should do a simple pre-MOT check list.....

No it isn't it is that there are 120 to 200 people posting in General Chat so that means 2 to 4 MOTs a week. :o :D

cheers all. Ive done the usual checks and all seams ok.
But hay it better to find some thing than drive it with some thing coming loose.
But anyway fingers crossed for saturday.
Plus i will get to have a propper look underneath.

She passed with flying colours just been advissed to change the rear disc soon.

Glad yours passed too. Mine also passed with just two advisories, adjust rear brake shoes (handbrake) and front brake pads will need replacing soon. Brake shoes have been done, and pads will be done soon.
