hahaha thanks for your support scouse. 

however ive lost 2 stone in 3 weeks!!!! i now weigh 16 1/2 stone which is a lot better than my previous weight.

and this is a hair down weekend. usual healthy status will be resumed the following monday

I've gone between 12st 7lb and 13st since I was 18. So, for the last 12 years.

just out of interest do you have to stay relatively healthy to maintain that weight or are you one of these b*stards that can eat and eat and eat without putting on a pound?

I can't afford to loose two stone, I'm only just 12 stone, and i'm 6ft4/5ish 

Its taken me about 4 years to put on those two stone as well 

Mind you i'm a fat bstard, when i was 10 stone, father T was 7 stone at the same age

thats a healthy weight for your height........ just!!! quite close to underweight according to the bmi chart 

i should be 12st 10lb just to creep in to the healthy weight section but i have been that weight before (i yo yo like a beatch) and i am gaunt.

my ideal weight is 13 1/2 but on the chart that makes me still ''overweight''.......... pinch of salt me thinks
