The 1.8l petrol, turbo-charged MG6 has a top speed of 120mph (193km/h) and takes 8.4 seconds to go from 0-60mph.

It clearly is either gutless or has the aerodynamics of a sub-post-office. :o

A mate of mine had a 75 V8. Best thing about it was the sound.

Unless it's electronically limited? I didn't think they had that in China, but maybe they do - like Japan where everything is limited to 115mph (and beeps at you when you go over 110kph!)

Well i would definitely argue otherwise till i'm blue in the face.
I would say that rover's offer the ultimate in economical motoring....in running costs, repairability, parts availability, and initial purchase costs.

more so than any omega....Only reason i dont have one now is purely down to size..
I needed something bigger and i found a cheapish cavernous estate in the omega.

I'm sure there are people on here that know an unhealthy amount about Omegas....
So i feel no shame in saying that i know that said unhealthy amount about rovers..as i've been keeping them on the roads for years.

Any enjoying it...

Well if you're female then it's all good..  ;D

Speaking of people who like dressing up in leather mind .. I was in a BMW bike dealership today (sorry, 'BMW Motorrad' as it said on the sign outside - wasn't aware I was in Germany, but..) and couldn't help thinking how excited Tunnie would be if he was there .. with his ration packs and camping stove ;)

(Dealer is attached to an MOT place, and I was there busily failing my MOT  :'( )

Mmmhmmm ;)

Oh and before anyone giggles at the thought - I didn't try sitting on any of the bikes.. I thought they might snap under the weight  ;D

Also, having never got on a bike - I'd probably just look like a right berk while I tried to get my leg over and failed.. (actually, the same can be said about me and women!)  ;D

i live right next to longbridge and I see a  lot of these cars driving around. they are worse in the metal which is a shame as I doubt they will sell all that well. Good for jobs in the areas though and to be honest it was needed.
