OS Explorer Map

103 The Lizard definately needed

Very useful
102 Lands End
104 Redruth
105 Falmouth

Remember road atlases and satnavs miss a lot of places and even roads

I've found drivelpg site to be most accurate, though no pricing

Lots to do in Cornwall, but it can be miserable if weather is poor.

Martin,you have obviously spent a lot of time down here,you picked some good spots to visit.
Now that I know Tunnie is heading this way I'm off to devon with the pikey palace next week :D ;D,seriously though, I hope the weather is kind to you as its lovely here when the sun shines. :y

Parents from the area, got relatives working on farms in the area and also some are members of Helford Gig Club.

Great grand father (died in WW1) and his father were head gardeners at Glendurgan.

Relations at Mawnan and I think some are at Helston (not sure) ancestors from Durgan and Lizard areas

And dont forget Philps Steak Pastys, in Hayle.  Anns Pasty Shop on the Lizard used to be good, but I had a couple of duff ones lately

We normally camp halfway between Hayle and Helston, so would be rude not to try both ;)

Lizard certainly is popping up quite a bit, its near to the campsite too.

Think we might go here:

I never did much rate Anns pasties,philps are very good,horse and jockey as already said and Lavenders at causewayhead Penzance are also very good :y.Almost forgot,Gear farm at mawgan are good as well but a bit off the beaten track
