Move over you plumb
« on: 16 April 2011, 22:03:27 »

Driving back down here  tonight on the M40  after our 2-1 victory over a small town club from Landan, I was  getting rather a tad miffed with the plonkers who think its a great idea to drive in the middle lane doing 70mph  while over taking fresh air..... why dont theses retards just think  and move over into the empty inside lane and allow the quicker movers  to get  on with their journey instead of been slowed up by these numpties  >:( >:( >:(

By the way did I tell ya it was CCFC 2 MFC1 JUST WANTED TO MAKE THAT A LITTLE CLEARER TO EVERYONE ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

If he'd been paying attention to what lane he should have been in earlier, you would wouldn't have been able to stop him from moving left when he eventually realised he'd have got home earlier.  ::)  ::)

Yep, if sitting lane 3, cars in lane 1 swing out to lane 3 to overtake lane 2.  >:(  So then have to move to lane 1 to pass them both!

Stay in lane 1, far safer.  ;D:-X

Depends on my mood:

Option 1 - 'Make my presence known'  ::) - If no reaction overtake, and then swing into lane one 'as quickly as possible'  :-X leaving indicator on for longer than usual.

Option 2 - Lazy mode cruise past in lane 1, while making my feelings both heard and seen  ::)

9 times out of ten its some daft women sitting 2 inches from the steering wheel, thats damn dangerous on its own!  :o

Not being sexist, but just saying that's who I usually find middle lane sitting!

Have you considered the fact you had the option to overtake the numpties using the 3rd lane?

Not trying to be provocative or anything like that, but the onus is on all of us when we are behind the wheel, and that includes accomodating the possible shortcomings of other road users.

For me personally I couldn't care less how good or bad someone else's driving is, so long as I get there in one piece then that is enough for me.
