Blogs are "weblogs", Daz, nothing special. They are websites run by people that usually allow comments and feedback. Nothing magical, though, they are just websites.

For example:

Here is Norman Tebbit's blog:

http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/news/author/normantebbit/

Here is the now very famous Guido Fawkes blog:
http://order-order.com/

OK, that's politics, but there are also blogs and forums for professions:

Here's the Professional Pilots Rumour Network, a great forum to find out what real airline staff talk about:

http://www.pprune.org/

..and if you're interested in the police, try this blog:

http://inspectorgadget.wordpress.com/

I won't do the weather blogs, I have loads bookmarked!  ;) ;)

 :y

So does Norman Tebbit read those comments? I have not read the others yet just wanted to ask this first :y

this link intersted me. people need to be controlled in large numbers for there own safety. those present acknowledge this and are happy to oblige.
seeing the partitions of the crowd as they went down the mall compared with tragic circumstances such as the hillsborough disaster proves so.

Yes, and strange you should ask that for, of all the blogs I read, Norman alone often reponds to the comments in his follow-up blog, something no other politician does - to the best of my knowledge.  :y

The Daniel Hannan (MEP) blog has now picked up on the ban.
