Colour television really helped to popularise this sport.

How did we manage when the world was black & white?  ;D ;D ;D ;D

I think I was 13/14 before we got colour at our house ............ an early Christmas present.  :y :y

When the service was first introduced I remember seeing signs hung in the windows of pubs announcing (in coloured lettering) 'Coloured TV inside'. :-?

Monday night was great - the High Chaparral (in living colour) at 2000hrs or 2010 - can't remember which, and six bags of prawn cocktail flavour crisps. ;D ;D ;D

Life was good.

I can only remember Big John (Cannon?) Buck and Manolito - can't think of a name for Big John's wife.

Aah, it was on the end of that clip - Victoria.

I remember having to go next door to see the High Chapperal as we didn't have BBC2 on our Reddifusion TV. My friends parents then had a colour TV and i used to go there to watch Star Trek.

happy days.
