Got him home now.  ;D

Checkup by Doc @ RAF Cranwell on friday said he could start rehab treatment in a week or so.

Mrs & I took him to the pub on friday & had a good nite out wiv him & his GF also.

Amazing progress on his feet crutches - but still many many weeks away from driving.

He was gobsmacked  :o as when we got there, Mr Grumpy (i.e. me) put a credit card behind the bar and said "the milky bars are on me".

Today a load of his mates came and took him out for "lunch", same pub - similar hangover tomorrow I would imagine  :y
