Further to my car insurance thread of a couple of weeks ago.

My premium with Esure has gone up by 39%. From £185 increased to £255. Crooks. :(

Phone Direct Line suggests Wakefield Steve. They're really competitive. Are they f**k.  ::) ::) ::) ::) ::)

£588.... ;D ;D ;D ;D

They reason they don't appear on price comparison websites is because they don't compare..... :D :D :D.

So Steve. You now owe me the cost of a wasted twenty minute phone call and my valuable time.  Let's call it £150 shall we  ::) ::).....Pay up.... ;D ;D ;D

The best I can come up with is LV at £225. I may have to go with this... :-/

Try going up from £495 to £789, can't be arsed with the percentage but stings like a bitch!  :-/

The cost of my insurance is silly......however i love playing the game of 'can you better the quote' between Aplan and another broker......whose offices just happen to be directly opposite Aplans. They both sit in big glass fronted shop fronts looking at each other across the road. I make sure they know who ive been quoted from.....and i can imagine them staring each other out across the road as they try better each others quote  ;D
The phone calls can last most of the day......until i get bored of them beating the other by £10-20 a phone call  ;D :D
