I bet it was the mysterious extra 8 cells that exploded, not the 560 ones they planned on having..

Similar article in MCN a couple of weeks ago when an electric motorbike at a race meeting caught fire and took it 8 fire extinguishers to put out with the bike totalled, where a normal bike takes less than 1!!!
