Bit like the braindead idiot that tried to hang two whippets. People like them who abuse animals that trust us should be placed in stocks for a few days in a public place so the public can demonstrate how unacceptable their actions were.
Bet if that was the usual and mandatory punishment when they were caught the practice of abuse would soon stop.
What do they blame when brought to justice? A bad upbringing, broken family, in fact any load of crap to get themselves off the hook and accept responsibility for their actions.
That my friend is today's society and it is we, the parents who are to blame for the lack of respect and discipline in our offspring. It all begins at home after all.
Sad cfact, but very, very true.

After having a closer look at the article the post was based on my simple question is this;
Where were the RSPCA when they crow so much about how much they do? Why was it only the local animal rescue centre that came to the rescue? Or was it that the person who found them already knew the RSPCA would fob them off?
RSPCA, after my past history with them I would not give them any credit at all and certainly no donations.
Too big for their boots are what they have become now.
