...Just spent past half hour idiotting around with them, cancelled contract in March, had bills for plus 100 pound, but I cancelled the DD, call them in June settled account without paying contract charges for internet for full contract term

Then since 22/06/11 have had 3 letters advising owe the 45 + quid called them after first letter, told them they had to sort it out, as far as I was concerned it was sorted and settled..........
Anyaway got another letter today, called them, got transferred, abroad I think, I totally lost it with the guy on the other end, he could'nt tranfer me to a supervisor or manager to sort the issue out, I asked if he was based in this country, ''what does that matter'', ''you have to pay the bill or we'll send people around to collect''.....

Told him to stick it up his arse where the sun don't shine, then apologised as he made me lose my temper over the phone, anycase still could'nt help and he disconnected after telling me I had to pay.
I called back and spoke to someone in the UK and all sorted in under 5 minutes

...So well done Adam at Virgin Media collections, and Nidir from wherever in the World can stick his CC skills where the sun don't shine
