Luton is by far the worse UK airport. I accept it is staffed by the world's most stupid, incompitent inbred retards known to man.  But the layout was designed by a 1st class prat - you check in, fight the prats in security, walk a million, zillion miles, then get a bus back to the back of checkin.  Not only that, but the mongrels who designed the roads and dropoff point, all recently built, is obviously resitting their SATS.  I'm glad my next trip to a James Villas holiday is from Birmingham.

Can't fault them, rep came over one day one, made sure we had everything, then never came back, but gave her number in case we needed anything.
