That's about all i could afford down South which is why i left.

   Stupidly over priced properties not realistically worth a quarter of the over inflated asking prices. CRAZY & unsustainable. Folk will just stop buying them! ::)

self build is the future - get some farm land down here - get a caravan on it and some horses - wait ....your time will/ may come.....
