I bought some servo's of fleabay for a model I am working on. The auction was for 6 servos but only 5 arrived. I told him about this, and the reply was

"hi my friend,thanks for your letter, sorry to hear that, could you show us a photo about the problem of the product(***@hotmail.com),then pls inform me by ebay message, we will try our best to help you,thanks for your help in advance,best regards "

How do you, diplomatically so as not to offend his ethnic origins, explain that he has short changed me ?

send a picture of the 5 units with a piece of paper written  with 5
then include a screenshot of the advert showing 6 and highlight this.
