I notice that the Civil Liberty, Human Right excuses are starting to protest the sentences doled out to the rioters.
The two scumbags that got 4 years for incitment to riot have been so badly treated, and the sentence is so dissproportionate in the circumstances, poor little loves
Well let me put it this way you liberterian butt holes, you'd not be giving them a slap on the wrist if it was your property, livelihood or person that had just been violated by these scum.
I personally would have doubled the sentence to make sure they did four years, and a real deterent.

I heard this on the news this morning on the way to work and started swearing to myself.

I am not surprised though, we all knew the 'uman rights' activists would pile out of their holes for this one.  The government is no better, they started making comments that they do it because of a lack of male role model (single mother families), what utter rubbish.

I for one was "surprised" by the length of sentence handed out for "inciting" people via facebook to riot. They didn't actually riot as far as I can tell. But I am pleased that they have received such sentences even if they will be out after only 18 months to 2 years.

Does that mean that the actual feral rioters, many of who struck the very fear of God into innocent bystanders or shop/householders will get LONGER sentences? I somehow doubt it.

No doubt millions more public money (ours) will be spent on appeals etc.

I think that given the recent troubles, they got off lightly. I am glad however, that the promises of harsh punishment for those involved in the riots, however small their involvement, has materialised for once.
Bang them all up i say and balls to their rights, they lost them when they decided to smash up the neighbourhoods.
