3d movie tonight

off to the flicks in an hour to watch final destination 5 in 3d. quite looking forward to it,havnt seen a movie in 3d yet.
anyone been and watched owt in 3d? whats the verdict?

ive seen 2, friday the 13th and pirates of the carribean in 3d. both were excellent.  :y :y

Avatar is only one i've seen in 3D, was brilliant.

3D now, is about depth to a film, not spiders jumping out at you or fish swimming past you.

As its just slight depth, its much easier on the eyes and you can watch for longer  :y

its strange how only a few 3d films were made in the early 80s and now there is more 3d than normal films being made.

But it's still an annoying gimmick. I've seen several now, and don't think it adds anything worthwhile.

Tron Legacy in 3D on an Imax screen ....... abso-bloody-lutely phenomenal  :)

i still havent seen that, my son deicded to go with his mates instead of me. i'll pretty sad going alone  :(

well, what an experience! fantastic!! jumping about in my seat like a loony with things flying out the screen at me ;D. loved it, so off to see fright night in 3d tomorrow night :y
