Enjoy Nigel. I've cooked the signature chicken curry dish in readiness for tomorrow night when i'm off to "christen" some friends new cottage in a nearby village & see my lovely god daughter.

 This way the curry always tastes better the next day & i only have to do the mushroom rice & bombay potatoes whilst getting puddled. No driving as it's a sleepover!!! 8-)
