i have never had mine checked. I've enough health issues to worry about as it is. I'm a tee total vegan so should be ok.  ;)

thats very true. i do drink a lot. not every day but when i do i do binge  :'(

Agree with e4cat also watch ya dairy products-dont panic you not on ya own - high cholestrol is quite common really :y :y

its well known cheese is far worse than butter(fat wise).
and thats all cheeses,soft or otherwise,moderation in all
 things,and remember,a tumble inbetween the sheets is
=to a 5mile walk, ;D ;D ;D

i doubt it mate.....

a 5 mile walk takes me 2 hours.

a sh*g takes me about 40 sec........ :o :o :-[ :-[ :-[ ;D ;D ;D ;D

haha we weren't built to last for ages in the sack. we were built to sort the ache in our pants as quickly as possible so we could hunt for more food.

now, these days i can simply go to sainsbury's for my dinner as opposed to hunting wild boar i simply roll off and go to sleep. simplez  ;D ;D ;D

yep.. and so the heart attack is  ;D


ps : I have a job mate who had it on 35 , another who had it on 39 and one cousin at similiar ages..  so no guarantee there..

besides when its constantly damaging your arteries you are guaranteeing to have it now or later :(
