aftermarket alloys
« on: 31 July 2009, 23:11:55 »

I am planning on getting a set of new alloy wheels for my car soon
I like the pre facelift mv6 alloys and wondered if there were any aftermarket alloys that as similar in appearance to the mv6 wheels.

anyone got any ideas

have a google for Astra 19 inch vxr wheels. Some come with diamod cut finish which bumps the price even further. Similar design to pre face mv6 wheels (and are a personal favourite of Amigos, not ;D )

indeed, that price is a joke, being quite rare with diamond cut finish they are  a bit more difficult to find, link for picture purposes only, have since seen them with dark grey background finish on another car. Gorgeous as wheels go, but for me there is too much gap and not enough spoke for the omega, shame, but are closest i have seen to modern day equivalent of pre face lift mv6 wheels for the op. :-)

Forget any aftermarket wheels, its snowflakes for me all day long.. I've got 19's on mine with 225/40/19's. Just fitting spacers today to bring the wheels out a tad. Have a look:  :y :y :y

Snowflakes probably the ones to have imho, but there are others worth considering. Mostly those factory fitted to other cars seem to catch my eye.
Wouldnt bother with wolf race and the like, cheap tat.... But each to there own as they say.
