N reg Bodywork
« on: 29 July 2009, 21:12:28 »

Hi
I`m wanting to repair my tatty looking N reg Omega.
I have been looking for a new car to tow with for ages but can`t find one as good as my 2.5td. I had it chipped and its done 150000 but runs and pulls great.
I`m wanting to know if the newer facelift doors will fit my old N reg as it would be a lot easier just buying a few doors an putting them on. I also need a saloon boot and a rear bumper but I dont think these will fit off the newer model but I maybe wrong
Will any of the facelift parts fit the old N reg?
Thanks

IIRC, they will fit, but the rubbing strips obviously won't match on the doors.

Bootlid IIRC won't fit - different shaped lights, but I think the bumper will. But dno't take that as 100%.

Nice one.
Will the old bigger style mirrors fit the newer style doors too?
Are there any other parts that are compatable?
