GM tech 2

I look for long time to buy one ot them, and now someone offer to me tech2,
what I need to look when I buy this stuff
cabels
sowtware
what else??
and what price I can pay for secend hand one?

need work on CAN (vectra c, zafira, signum itc, and saab family) always nice learn something new, also got lots of friends around who need do diagnostic on them cars, no point go them to garage and pay 35-50£ if they can come round my place and have check for few beers  :D :D

If its just diagnostics, can get away with just the Tech2 unit, plus CANdi for CAN cars.  Not sure about Insignia, get a feeling it can't do it, but not tried yet.

If you want to do programming, you need a WebTIS subscription as well.

im sure Ive read a different interface again is needed for insignia....
