Once again-thanks for this useful guide  :y

I was concerned the bonnet pull had to be pulled very hard and right out to only just release the bonnet catch.  Followed the guide and adjusted the cable as shown and now works as new-very pleased I did this before the bonnet pull would not work anymore.

I have been so impressed with the site and guides like this have made the pain of losing a new car and getting an old one back to near perfection, much easier to bear.
