Anyone on here know what sort of price a bodyshop would charge to prep and paint a front and rear bumper for my omega (colour change)

250-350 depending if cash or how much rubbing down needs doing. If original colour is dark with a light new colour its best to sand it back or stone chips will show dark colour under the new paint.

Usually 125 to 150 a panel/area plus expensis. Afaik anyway. :-)

My local smart repairer in Hereford (Chip Solutions David Westwood-07721 274067) does a great job (used before) and quoted £100 per bumper inc repair  :y

You can save a fair bit by doing the prep' yourself then just take it in for the painting.
