Apart from the Lotus Carlton, which production Lotus model names did not start with an 'E'?  :o

The Lotus seven before it was sold off to caterham, but i did just rob that straight from wikipedia so kind of cheating a little :-X

Looks like they have a thing going for the 'E' names... any one knows why?

did they not have a hand in the astra at some point?

I also believe they helped with the chassis of a few other vauxhall offerings.

not that this answers the original question though ::)

I have always wondered why they mostly begin with an E. There were some that began with numbers but what about the GT1?

VX 220 was lotus derived.

Plus (I think) on TG as a one off they did a Lada Riva (?) with one off susspention.

There is also the new proton satria which they designed the floor pan and running gear, same as they done for the vx220
