Hiya Guys and Gals.
Has anyone had any joy insuring an MV6 Estate for a reasonable amount this year ?

145 quid, full com, really depends on your history and age!

I find theres only 2 good things about being old, you save a fortune with the Barbers and cheap Car Insurance.

I reckon sometimes they bung a bit more on top,as they know the omega is getting a rare car now,especially mv6 and elite models.When i insured mine at swinton,they reckon its the only 3.2 they have on their system. :y

Swiftcover.com, its full Business Cover as well (Not Motor Trade) but I do have a pretty clean long term record though.

Heard Axa direct are doing some good deals lately, but again only for clean records.

Edit, thats for a London Post code as well so should be cheaper for up your neck of the woods.

I can insure my MV6 FC for around £400.. which i didnt think was too bad as ive just turned 22!  :y

I pay £380 for my MV6 but thats with NCP and breakdown cover too.... still think this is expensive though as I live out in the sticks...

Sure I pay around £190 FC for mine.  Live in the back end of nowhere, with an unblemmished driving record (apart from parking tickets)

I don't even have an mv6 and still have to pay £202 for the year and I have got 15 years no claims bonus  :(

Both of ours are now with Swift (who I think are owned by AXA).  around the best price and then another 28 quid back from CB Kings :y

i have mv6 estate manual,1999 and pay £287 fully comprehensive with zurich.
