going out to RobseyMV6 for sorting my c/c gaskets, plugs and aux belt pully today. Top fellah!
Plenty of oil in the o/s plug wells, and the plugs themselves had seen better days, probably in Noah's outboard.
I thought the car ran well before but the drive home was a revelation. SMoooooooth idling, strong(er) pickup, even the gear changes seemed smoother especially on kick-down....errr which I only tested a couple of times, honest ossifer!
Here's hoping for improved fuel economy too - if only I can lay off that right pedal a bit!

battery (I only just noticed today that the one in there is a 65Ah, recent threads on here suggest it should be an 85Ah, plus it looks a bit old and ropey - a bit like me!

Hmph! Looks like the 7 day m/bike tour to Austria in June might have to be cancelled....
