T74 GBL
Date of Liability;  01 12 2009
Date of First Registration ; 17 06 1999
Year of Manufacture;  1999
Cylinder Capacity (cc);  2962CC
CO2 Emissions;  Not Available
Fuel Type; Petrol
Export Marker;  Not Applicable
Vehicle Status;  Unlicensed
Vehicle Colour;  GREEN

So it's untaxed, it's also not on the Motors Insurers database. Initial reaction would be it's no longer on the road, however if 'in trade' it may not be taxed and on the MID.
So difficult to say  :-/

Well that's just saved me paying to have it checked, I owe you one mate - I'd say I owe your wife one but that could be misconstrued!!!

I was secretly hoping though that there was a freebie web site like the DVLA Vehicle Enquiry one, but hey-ho.

Cheers again.

Thanks, I'd been on the DVLA site and saw that.

It's currently on a garage forecourt and is untaxed.

I'm sure the DVLA site shows if it's SORNd, e.g. my manual Elite (which I'm having to break due to tin worm) comes up...

The vehicle details for M137 MNP are:

Date of Liability  01 11 2010
Date of First Registration  18 01 1995
Year of Manufacture  1995
Cylinder Capacity (cc)  2962CC
CO2 Emissions  Not Available
Fuel Type  Petrol
Export Marker  Not Applicable
Vehicle Status  SORN Not Due
Vehicle Colour  BLUE

But as I said, a garage has it so I'm not worried about the road tax status, just wondered if it had belonged to anyone on here and if they could tell me a bit about it - in other words, is it a pig or a minter!

The reassurance that it's not bent is great.
