Just a stupid key question...

If I get a replacement remote key (rf) what needs to be done in order for it to work???

It was knackered when I had it and I finished it off when I spilt milky coffee over it...  That was about 2.5 years ago...  I removed the remote module from the key, put it safe somewhere and promptly lost it...

I keep thinking about replacing it, just wondering what would need doing...  Whether or not it needs a Tech 2 session or not...

Yeah, thought so...  I'll just carry on without the remote...

When I got my car, I got the stereo codes, but, I didn't get the car pass, so I'm not getting a car pass just for a tech2 session just so I can open the car...

I can get a few quid for a key passed SWMBO, but, there is no chance she'll let me go all out to have the rest.... lol...

RF system is tech1,bring car AND wifey on holiday to spain and it can be sorted here :y

not this morning but was on barchello and alhamba a lot last night!!! :y
