Why is it their letters are never up to date? Got reminder for tax last week, shows 6 months @ £104.50 and 12 months at £190, get online to order and its gone up to £205  >:(

Its been that price for a while, so you would have thought they could update the price in the letter.

Good news its now registered as LPG with them, bad news, no discount  :(

Yeah, same for me - its because it went up in last budget, so help pay for the incompitence of New Labour's shockingly bad running of the economy for the last 13yrs.

I'm sure a man who earns as much as you say you do won't bat an eyelid at an extra £15 Tunnie, but if you are then why not take the reminder to the Post Office and pay what it says on the letter?

Tunnie being as tight as he is I am surptrised he didnt cash in a full month for a refund and then retax for 12 motnhs just toe save paying the £15 extra.   ;D ;D ;D ;D :y

Lets face it he's even working out which is cheaper (£3) for day hire on a transit or a days bike insurance.  ::)

If there is a profit to be had in a sale, worth making every £1 count!

I got a tax reminder for the SAAB the other day, 2 weeks after getting the letter confirming I didn't own it anymore. The DVLA need to sort them selves out.
