Sad news...
« on: 02 May 2010, 11:06:02 »

In Auto Express' customer satisfaction survey, 7 out of the 15 lowest placed (out of 100 models) were Vauxhalls... in fact no Vauxhall made it into the top 80... Ouch  :(

I was reading that load of tripe the other day at the doc's waiting room, well that's where they all end up.

They were comparing a Vw Golf vs Skoda Suberb
Are they built on the same platform?, but in size and handling surely they are totally different.

Mick ;)

The 2010 results are not published on the Auto Express' website yet, I got this off a magazine I bought at the newsagent.

Vx faired considerably better then.... the Corsa was in 55th place.

To be fair, customers' satisfaction surveys are subjective, and represent mainly the customers' expectations. So if people expect more from Vx, they are unhappy... Similarly, the Tata Nano might do well when it is sold over here because people won't expect too much of it in the first place.

But the dealers should know what people expect of them by now, they're big enough to make good customer service happen and to train their staff accordingly

the vauxhall dealers in my town are the pits , rude .
ignorant and poorly trained , example i went in last week
    waited 20 Min's b4 a parts manager came out . i wanted
order a plastic washer for the drivers door check ,
( the cracking was doing my head in lol ) anyway , he
told me NONE IN STOCK  and they come in packs of 50
and he would not order them as he did not want 49 left
on his shelf . tosser .  customer service in the uk is
crap . sorry rant over lol  :D :D
