A good starting point / quick search brings up via Google "Garrett turbo repairs" brings up some places you may want to look at.

There's a turbo unit on ebay, but you'd be gambling on it working okay ?.  And it's not a road I'd go down, (excuse pun  ::) )

Bit of a specialist thing I think to recondition a turbo, as everything has tight tolerances due to the amount of pressure on the vanes, and the bearings need to be very good quality.

Try ringing Steve at omegaspareparts.com, his number is
0203 3444092 or mobile 07706495877.

He has lots of omega parts from all age cars, he sells many items on ebay but far to many to advertise, give him a call, he is very helpful and is very reasonable on prices.
