But they look to be about 16" cos the tyres look really big.

they are technically "snowflakes" and they're off the 05 onward astra and they are 16"

smaller version of the 19" snow flakes from vectra, (gsi?), 19 has 6 spokes, 16 has 5 spokes. Seen the 16s fitted to astras as said.
