I've only been able to do a few hours in the evenings, and a little bit while dodging the rain today, due to work commitments - but - here is where I am at:
* Holed petrol tank removed and discarded.
* Toriodal tank mounted, in spare wheel well. I'm sticking with one tank, to keep the boot. Holes drilled (x 2) for the mounting bolts - and tank secured to the floor using self locking nuts and re-enforcing plates for extra security.
Hole drilled for pipe exits and vent pipe - everything made nice and gas-tight, so nothing can vent into the car

* Filler mounted, on towbar. It's not your usual towbar, so was worried at first - but have made up a really good bracket - was impressed with myself. It looks just like part of the towbar setup, unless you look hard.

Tomasso (unsure of spelling) multivalve fitted. Along with fuel level gauge.
* Polyflex filler line ran from filler, to tank.
* Polyflex liquid feed line ran from tank, to engine bay. Found a really smart route for it - it enters the chassis rail for a few inches to avoid rear suspension - really works a treat... is obviously P clipped at correct invervals..
The connections in the tank are also really smart - managed to cut the pipes to just the right lengths, so no major excess floating around.
* Electrical wiring for fuel level sender, and rear 12v soleniod ran from back to front - following the LPG line
* New petrol tank mounted. Fitted in a slightly lower position than previously, to allow LPG tank to vent if needsbe. Petrol pump, level float installed and all reconnected.
The back-end of the conversion is now totally done - aside of just wanting to pop a protective sheath in, where the liquid line joins the chassis rail.
I did the first fill of LPG, tonight.... is a 70 toriodal tank - and filled to 55 litres.. about right.. no leaks or bangs...

All in all, excellent progress... but have been on it for a few evenings, and have had a few complications... so I may just go for a shower and relax
