Didn't get pictures yesterday as I did not go to the pub. Thats where the car is parked.
As far as I know the car is still for sale, my wife says it was still parked in the carpark.
If I'm allowed out, by her indoors I'll nip to the pub and get some pictures and check if it is still for sale :y

I'd be interested in it if the registration begins with any of the following; OE,OU,OV or OY.

Not sure we have ever heard of a genuine head gasket failure on the 2.6 / 3.2 with metal gaskets, have we?  :-/

Plenty in the trade have been fooled by symptoms of oil cooler, HBV failures, etc. Others just don't want the hassle of stripping down to diagnose so quote for a frightening job in the hope that the punter goes away.

Won't have many toys, granted, but it's got 217BHP, damn it! What are you going to do, sit in it and play with the sat nav? ;) ::)

Thought I might have a bit of fun with it! It white and goes like a bullet. I'll offer 200 quid see what the response is!
He is in no rush, sadley he has bought a new Honda something?
The car looks a shed but will clean up and money was no object for him to keep it going. He loved it but wouldn't clean it up. I thought it was quicker than an ordinary MV6 plod. I think it was well chiped :y

It is quick, I have left the pub as he did not turn up tonight. I will see him in the next couple of days though. I would like to keep it for a few days for a bit of fun, cos it is quick, no, very quick!
What I want off it is the alloys and the drivers side HID, thats all. But if there is a couple of you guys that want it and can give it a better home. I will pm you his phone number and sort it out amongst yourselves. Bye the way its not my car and the owner is not a member of the OOF. Altnough I have tried to get him to be!

Still can't get hold my mate but I would think he wants more than 200 pounds for it or he would have scrapped it by now. I will keep you informed! :y

Spoke to the guy today.
The car has done 194k.
He wants 400for it. To me its a shed that can look nice if cleaned up. He has had a quote for 200 to do the head gasket on the off side. There is a very slight leak of water into the oil. Those who are interested please pm me and I will give you his phone number. The previso is I want the drivers side head light and the headlight level sensors. I will obviuosly  pay you for these but I'm hoping for a huge discount!
Admins if you class this as a car for sale, please move.
Cheers
