i think these wheels on a vectra look the same as some omeeegah late models

Looking closer they are similar, but not same, Veccy has 7 spokes, Omega 6

and you can easily see the difference in ET in above pictures. Vectra wheels need spacers to look acceptable in an Omega

Yes, different as said, but they do look good on a Mig although they require spacers and longer studs.   ::)
