Going shopping tomorrow, hopefully to buy a car ::) ::)

Going to look at this.....http://search.autotrader.co.uk/es-uk/www/cars/VAUXHALL+OMEGA/Ne-2-4-5-6-7-8-27-44-49-53-61-64-67-103-133-146-236,N-19-63-148-240-4294966638-4294966947/advert.action?R=201024361451299&distance=12&postcode=DL17+9BB&channel=CARS&make=VAUXHALL&model=OMEGA&min_pr=&max_pr=5000&max_mileage=&vehicleYearOfManufacture=2002&vehicleRegLetter=02

And other cars, however also fell upon a Rover ZT 1.8 Turbo 04 plate in red, upgraded head gasket and brand new turbo, Car is with a specialist independent Rover engineers, very nice looking car :) think these are better mpg than the Mig...

That's not particularly cheap really, I sold a 2002 '02' 2.2 CDX manual saloon with 36,000 for £2460 about a year ago, I had it from 28,000 and had changed the exhaust, pads and discs, cambelt etc. Being the CDX, it had cruise, Xenon's, sunroof etc. I don't think a 2.2 CD with 67k miles is really worth just over £2k. There's plenty of 2.2 CD's about that are cheaper.

I agree Josh... Very strong money for it. Vamps could have my car for about half that price and I could get your estate ::) ::) ::)

I don't intend on paying that price, once I remind him that up the road is the same car with LPG for £1495, though that is after a minimum £1000 px  ::) ::) ::) but it has some body work issues that I shall not let on.
To be honest purchasing an Omega is quite unlikely, we can say what is about as much as we like but what is available now is different, and they all seem to be about that price, searching auto trader and ebay every night ::) ::) ::)

Looks like a really nice motor. Again, IMO, a little overpriced but at least the history of it is well known and can be trusted :y

LPG conversion... If you go for a cylinder in the boot, losing about 1/3 of the boot space, I would think the kit would set you back under £700. :y :y
