Corsa C MAF sensor readings
« on: 08 August 2010, 19:05:02 »

Just been playing with a Corsa C, the little 3 cylinder 1.0 sewing machine jobbies.
Idle is a little rough, and on looking at live data the MAF is showing 0kg/m airflow at idle (c1000RPM) but shows a value when the engine is revved.
Unplugging the MAF seems to drop idle to around 650 and improves smoothness somewhat so anyone know if it should show no airflow at idle or is that figure normal for these engines?

according to autodata disc should have 1 volt between pins 3 and 5 with ignition on, 1.3v at idle and 4.3 at full throttle. be worth checking you have a voltage reading at idle.
