plenum polishing

Really fancy the idea of doing this, but how do you all do it,and what with.Take it you rub it down first to a fairly flat surface, and then polish.I do have a 2 speed makita mop if that helps at all,and i believe you use autosol. :-/

You need to remove the 'stipples' from the Plenum.  I'd do this with a detail sander, or DA.  Start with a 600grit paper, then finish with a 1200grit.

Then you can get on with polishing.

Will be a time consuming, very boring job.
