Omega Attack!
« on: 22 August 2010, 17:12:56 »

Hi everyone.

Got up on Saturday morning and found my omega had been keyed all the way round.  I'm devastated.

My daughter's car was done too. And sabotaged as it keeps stalling now. :'( :'( :'(

Nothing worse than mindless vandalism :(

Hope you find 'em and set to with a pair of pliers and a blowtorch!

So sorry to hear that Kate :'( :'( :'(

Mindless vandalism one assumes, unless you (or your daughter - boyfriend / girl friend trouble?) have gravely upset someone.

As for your daughters car stalling, check the rear exhaust tail pipe for any foriegn bodies placed in it, and the fuel filler cap for signs of sugar, etc.  A member on here only recently discovered sugar had been poured into his tank overnight!! :o :o

Try not to let it get you down too much, possessions are easily replaced.

I'm so very very sorry for you and your daughter kate.

Whoever did this is an un-educated..In-bred..Sub-human piece of Pond Scum  >:( >:( >:(

I hope one day they mess with the wrong person and that person does to their little rat faces exactly what they did to your cars   :y :y

If no other cars near to where yours were parked were damaged then it looks like a personal targeted attack.
People who go out to commit random vandalism rarely just do the one car and leave it at that.
Have you informed the rozzers, any CCTV nearby that may have caught them?

Thanks for your kind comments. The police weren't much help but very sympathetic. No one saw anything and no cctv anywhere.

Getting my daughters car going is my biggest problem. When you put your foot flat on the accelerator the revs just keep going up and down. There is nothing in the exhaust pipe and the petrol cap was locked and didn't look tampered with.

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks!

Does sound as if the petrol has been contaminated, and the exhaust, if you put your hand over the end, when it's running, can you feel any pressure?

Without wanting you to identify your location any further, what make is the car?

I'd have a look underneath for any signs of tampering with the fuel system...

If you find that they have tampered with the brakes then I suggest that you call the police straight back.

That warrants both your cars being completely checked for fingerprints and DNA as far as I am concerned  >:(
