I think Phil (Skruntie) suspected you were trying to circumvent the rules relating to the 250 post count when you enquired as to the availability of the cams. As suggested, if you put a wanted ad in the "Test" zone with a request for one of the Admins to move to relevant section all will be forgiven

Star man  , easy omce you know how and easy for Admin and Mods as generally they leave the posts alone unless some one starts to be naughty.

3 ltr cams give about a 0.8mm extra lift so should effect valve timing by opening earlier and closing later. yes they do help.

0.8mm!!!doesn't sound a lot but that's quite considerable! thanks for the info!
