im just about to go and fit the insignia jets your how to post is very good  but i dont know whether to do away wiyh the heaters or not :-/

Fit them, you'll regret it the first frosty morning if you don't ;) Besides it's only another 10 minutes per side :y

VXL V6 had a little production line going at Newent yesterday fitting them ;D ;D

insignia jets fitted with heaters.but needing adjustingas they are hitting the bottom of the windscreen at the rubber a bit unsure of how to adjust

They are easy to damage whilst adjusting.  Several sellers on eBay do a dedicated Insignia Washer Jet Adjustment Tool.

For the sake of a couple of quid.......  :y

the dealers must do these then,and as its cheaper to buy the jets from the dealrs than e-bay/ i wonder/

Would be interesting to find out.  I dont think there is going to be a Vauxhall in the land without these new style washer jets soon!  ;D

The heaters are on when ever the ignition is on....they consume hardly any power
