why ?

1.because the truck has worn tires and skate after sudden braking..

2.minibus coming really fast and pass in red..
(from the records minibus driver has 39 red light passes and he is still a driver)

what did the authorities do ? nothing 

the next day another accident (bus and car ) and another dead :-? at the same point..

Are the traffic laws not as tough as English ones?  I know people get away with  so much here, but a mini bus driver to pass red that often and remain driving..........!!!!

unfortunately no.. 

but its interesting to see our local drivers patiently and carefully driving on european roads

meaning that the system is the main driving factor.. :-/
