Astra Van Remap 1.9 CDTi
« on: 29 September 2010, 18:23:19 »

Found a remap for £395 inc. VAT, it takes the van from the standard 150 BHP to 212 BHP, now it's one of these tuning boxes that gets sent to you, you then plug it in to your OBD port and it loads the map to the car. Anyone have experience of these? Defiantely getting one if they're ok, and with the de-cat done it should be pushing 220 BHP  :o :o

List is going well so far -

Going in for warranty work tomorrow, regarding the wipers and gearknob, probably a couple of other bits that are in need of attention too.

Lowering springs bought so it'll be 50mm lower next week.

Xenon angel eye headlights found and fully fitted for £150 off of a very good new found mate only 6 weeks old too.

18" Alloys in a graphite colour on route shortly too, not going to be boyish as I don't want it like that, but fast it is already, people are stunned when you're still with them, including a 3.0 S-Type and a BMW 120d  :D

The EDS IPF is the ideal as it lets you remap with various options.

Not cheap though

Doesn't sound too bad really, shame about the price though.
