Cam belt kit supplier?
« on: 06 October 2010, 21:18:19 »

Where is the best place to get a kit? For 3.2 if it makes any odds...

Buypartsbuy/suttons?

By "best" obviously I mean cheapest for, say, conti tech or similar.

TB & KW advised me to buy mine from a dealer, said they wouldn't put anything else in their cars.

I've always used Contitech from Buypartsby and never had a problem but they can take a while to come though.

Is there any catch with this one?

http://www.carpartsconnexion.com/vauxhall/partdetail.asp?dp=66210&f=Vauxhall&m=Any+model&y=Any+year&cat=0&pn=93172354&p=1&

I think that was in the run-up to Newent when time was tight?

I'd be happy to use Gates, Contitech, SKF, etc.

Haven't bought one myself since the run up to the Telford meet so no idea which supplier is best.
